White Elephant Designs was founded by sisters Emily and Hope, on the premise that a personal touch makes otherwise simple gifts and decorations extraordinary.
What is your return policy on personalized goods?
Since we are a personalization company, there are no returns unless there is a mistake in the monogramming. If you place your monogram in the wrong order, we will not replace the item for free. If we made a mistake on the font or color, we will refund or replace the item. All items, regardless if personalized or not, are final sale.
What is your return policy on clothing and accessories?
We accept returns within 7 days from when you receive your item. Please return with original tags and in same condition. Store credit will be given in exchange.
I received my order and something is wrong or broken.
We are so sorry! We will gladly fix the item for you as long as we are the one who made the error. Just contact us and we will get it to you ASAP.
I need my item ASAP.
Email us, we will work with you on it! We also have local pick up available in Chicago, Houston, and New Orleans for certain items.
This is for a gift and is going directly to someone else. Do you giftwrap/add a note?
We currently do not gift wrap, but we can add a note for you! Please let us know in the "Notes" at checkout! If you do not want the invoice included, please also let us know.

We offer a flat rate of $7 for shipping. This includes the cost of the delivery to you as well as the products needed to ensure your package gets to you safely! If you need your order shipped over-night, please send us an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will be happy to see if it is possible.
Please allow 7 days for personalized items to ship, unless otherwise noted on the listing. All sales are final.
