All non-personalized items are returnable within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns on personalized items.

We currently do not gift wrap, but we can add a note for you! Please let us know in the "Notes" at checkout! If you do not want the invoice included, please also let us know.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your personalized items to process. If you ordered non-personalized items with your personalized items they will ship together once ready to be fulfilled. If you need the non-personalized items quicker, please place a separate order. 

We offer a flat rate of $7 for shipping. This includes the cost of the delivery to you as well as the products needed to ensure your package gets to you safely! If you need your order shipped overnight, please send us an e-mail and we will be happy to see if it is possible.
